Your responsibilities

Understand well user needs/competitors/market trends, react fast and work cross-functionally with consumer research/User experience, R&D as well as other key stakeholders both locally and internationally Generate insights on home appliance industry, European markets and competitor landscape to support headquarter for future product generation planning  Utilize internal and external resources to verify and validate platform/product/USP proposals from headquarter Consolidate/define suitable product requirements for European consumers and markets Bring and lead people from different backgrounds to work towards a common goal

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or above. 
• Min. 5 years professional experience in product management/product planning for durable consumer electronics/home appliances, laundry related area with technical background is preferred
• International and multi-cultural working experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced intercultural working environment
• Result-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit with “can-do” attitude, down-to-the earth, fast learner, strong analytical skills, business acumen
• Excellent English skills both written and spoken.
