Senior R&D Engineer for Heat Pump

Your responsibilities

Conduct competitor product analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in the market and inform product development strategies
Define the specifications of a heat pump
Design and develop new prototypes of the Heat Pump
Lead the design and development of new Heat Pump products, for the entire product lifecycle management from concept to launch, and ensure a successful launch of products
Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies, materials, and processes for product development
Conduct heat pump performance testing and analysis to ensure that it meets safety and performance requirements

Your profile

Master's degree in Engineering
At least 8 years of experience in HVAC work
Fundamental knowledge of heating and hydraulics
Experience working in a laboratory setting
