Product Manager for Flow-in (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities
  • Be the technical and product expert on downdraft induction cooktops
  • Understand and uncover European customer needs, such as cooking and installation, and translate them into product technical requirements
  • Drive product development for the European market, including coordination of global R&D and sales teams
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including product design, development, testing, and production
  • Monitor cooktop industry for emerging trends and regulatory changes to proactively adjust and/or develop product technical strategies as needed
  • Provide regular reports on competitive intelligence research activities and work with business teams to plan products accordingly
  • Conduct product performance tests as per local standards and/or requirements of customers
  • Lead and/or facilitate product compliance and certification processes
  • Support commercialisation efforts, including new customer onboarding, trainings, expos, and other events
  • Participate actively in product and technology strategic planning
  • Drive external R&D collaboration to explore disruptive product innovation opportunities
  • Manage the cooktop testing laboratory
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent related experience
  • 7+ years’ technical experience in kitchen cooktop or related industry
  • 3+ years’ experience in product management or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional, cross-cultural teams in an inclusive, results-oriented manner
  • Knowledge of EU kitchen appliance regulatory environment
  • Knowledge database of competitive landscape of Europe
  • Proficient in English
  • Up to 25% domestic/international travel as required by business needs for attendance at trade shows, client meetings, etc.
