Product Manager for Flow-in (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

Be the technical and product expert on downdraft induction cooktops
Understand and uncover European customer needs, such as cooking and installation, and translate them into product technical requirements
Drive product development for the European market, including coordination of global R&D and sales teams

Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including product design, development, testing, and production

Monitor cooktop industry for emerging trends and regulatory changes to proactively adjust and/or develop product technical strategies as needed
Provide regular reports on competitive intelligence research activities and work with business teams to plan products accordingly
Conduct product performance tests as per local standards and/or requirements of customers
Lead and/or facilitate product compliance and certification processes
Support commercialisation efforts, including new customer onboarding, trainings, expos, and other events
Participate actively in product and technology strategic planning
Drive external R&D collaboration to explore disruptive product innovation opportunities
Manage the cooktop testing laboratory

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent related experience
7+ years’ technical experience in kitchen cooktop or related industry
3+ years’ experience in product management or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional, cross-cultural teams in an inclusive, results-oriented manner
Knowledge of EU kitchen appliance regulatory environment
Knowledge database of competitive landscape of Europe
Proficient in English
Up to 25% domestic/international travel as required by business needs for attendance at trade shows, client meetings, etc.
