HR Business Partner R&D (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

Own the entire employee life cycle at the location, from recruiting to offboarding
Provide support as trusted local HRBP, change agent and member of the R&D management team
Collaborate with regional and global HR teams and R&D stakeholders
Ensure seamless delivery of HR services to the organization and further develop and implement HR processes and policies
Proactively advise managers and employees during organizational transformation and growth
Participate in regional/global HR projects

Your profile

Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Human Resources or related fields
Proven working experience as HR Business Partner, preferably in R&D or Technology
Knowledge of HR systems and databases, especially SAP SuccessFactors
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company, including overseas headquarters
Resilient, confident and positive personality with an international mindset and hands-on mentality
Very good knowledge of German and fluent in English
