We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Laundry Category to lead and orchestrate the full product lifecycle across the European market. This strategic role is responsible for defining a winning product portfolio based on local market sales needs and business priorities, while optimizing range complexity and launch timing.
To be effective, the role requires a deep understanding of ongoing R&D activities, emerging technologies, and engineering workload capacity. The candidate must also map the variety of different market requirements across Europe—each with its own consumer preferences, regulatory needs, and commercial strategies—and balance these inputs to shape a cohesive, efficient, and competitive product portfolio.

Your responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for the European laundry category—from strategic planning and development to launch execution and post-launch optimization—ensuring alignment with business goals and global platform strategy.
- Shape and manage a regionally optimized product portfolio that reflects local sales needs, leverages consumer insights, competitive benchmarking, and unique selling propositions (USPs), and complies with European regulations and certification standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Product Planning, Global HQ, and European teams to drive innovation, align on workload capacity, integrate new technologies, and ensure portfolio scalability that meets diverse market requirements.
- Support successful market execution by identifying optimal launch windows, ensuring operational readiness, delivering product training, enabling sales, service, and marketing teams across local markets, and maintaining active involvement in events and trade activities.
- Track product and category performance through KPIs and integrate key European trends—sustainability, UI, digitalization, and connectivity—into portfolio strategy to enhance business impact, consumer satisfaction, and long-term relevance
