Deine Aufgaben

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead FP&A activities for multiple business units, ensuring accuracy in financial planning and budgeting. 
• Regional Operations Reporting: Prepare and deliver insightful reports on financial performance, operational metrics, and key business drivers. 
• Performance Analysis: Conduct monthly variance analysis, comparing actuals vs. budget/forecast, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations. 
• Financial Reporting: Develop and maintain financial reports to monitor performance, support leadership decisions, and drive operational efficiencies. 
• Forecasting & Modeling: Maintain and improve financial models and forecasting tools to support strategic planning and scenario analysis.

Dein Profil

• Tertiary degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of professional FP&A experience, ideally in a multinational or regional setting.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis and reporting. Experience with ERP systems (Oracle & SAP preferred) is a plus. 
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and present clear, actionable insights..
• Strong analytical mindset, high work commitment, and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong English communication skills, Fluent German skills, Chinese is a plus
