Your responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Policy Governance
- Serve as the EU subject-matter expert for global mobility, advising HRBPs and business leaders on complex assignments, policy alignment, and risk mitigation.
- Design, implement, and govern competitive, compliant mobility policies for the EU region, balancing local practices with Midea’s global framework.
- Continuously optimize policies, processes, and vendor strategies to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and assignee experience.
- Oversee the full assignment lifecycle (pre-assignment to repatriation/localization) for EU-based moves, ensuring compliance with local immigration, tax, and social security regulations.
- Provide expert guidance to assignees, HRBPs, and leadership on compensation, benefits, and relocation logistics.
- Partner with HRIS(EDP), Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless process execution, data accuracy, and adherence to EU/global regulations (e.g., GDPR, A1 forms).
- Manage assignment documentation (e.g., contracts, cost projections) and inter-company billing.
- Lead relationships with EU relocation, tax, and immigration vendors; monitor service quality, costs, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with HQ CoE to align vendor strategies and leverage global scale.
