Laboratory Technician (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities

For our R&D Center of Midea Europe in Stuttgart we are looking for a Laboratory Technician for laundry care technology development. In this role you are responsible for conducting experiements, analyzing results, and ensuring the quality of products. The ideal candiate has the ability to perform rountine laboratory-based technical tasks and experiements, such as sampling, testing, and recording results. Also you will be involved in quality control measures to ensure that products meet regulatory standards.

Your responsibilities:

Conduct Product Tests: testing products and components in the development phase and before they are released on the market.
Maintain Equipment: Maintain properly the measurement equipment used to test products on a regular basis. Calibrating, assembling, updating, and improving the measurement equipment used to perform tests.
Consult with Others: Collaborate with the local R&D team of Laundry Care.
Inspect Products: Perform efficiency inspections of individual products or prototypes.

Your profile

Apprenticeship in the fields of pharmacy, medicine or chemistry desirable CTA/MTA or equivalent
Proficient in MS Office products including Excel, Word und PowerPoint is required
Basic engineering and scientific knowledge
Good communication and teamwork skills
Able to follow instructions and strictly follow procedures
Fluent in German and English
Dynamic, open minded, strong interpersonal and intercultural skills

Deine Aufgaben

Für unser Forschungs- und Entwicklungszentrum von Midea Europe in Stuttgart suchen wir eine/n Labortechniker:in für die Entwicklung von Wäschepflegetechnologien. In dieser Position sind Sie für die Durchführung von Experimenten, die Analyse von Ergebnissen und die Sicherstellung der Produktqualität verantwortlich. Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über die Fähigkeit, routinemäßige technische Aufgaben und Experimente im Labor durchzuführen, wie z. B. Probenahmen, Tests und die Aufzeichnung von Ergebnissen. Außerdem werden Sie an Qualitätskontrollmaßnahmen beteiligt sein, um sicherzustellen, dass die Produkte den gesetzlichen Standards entsprechen.

Deine Aufgaben:

Durchführung von Produkttests: Testen von Produkten und Komponenten in der Entwicklungsphase und vor ihrer Markteinführung.
Wartung der Geräte: Regelmäßige Wartung der zur Prüfung der Produkte verwendeten Messgeräte. Kalibrierung, Montage, Aktualisierung und Verbesserung der zur Durchführung der Tests verwendeten Messgeräte.
Beratung mit anderen: Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen Forschungs- und Entwicklungsteam von Laundry Care.
Produktprüfung: Durchführung von Effizienzprüfungen einzelner Produkte oder Prototypen.

Dein Profil

Ausbildung in den Bereichen Pharmazie, Medizin oder Chemie wünschenswert CTA/MTA oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
Beherrschung der MS Office-Produkte einschließlich Excel, Word und PowerPoint erforderlich
Grundlegende technische und naturwissenschaftliche Kenntnisse
Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
Fähigkeit, Anweisungen zu befolgen und Verfahren strikt einzuhalten
Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Dynamisch, aufgeschlossen, ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche und interkulturelle Kompetenzen
