Your responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the General Manager, European Finance leadership and HQ, translating financial performance into clear business insights that support growth, profitability and operational excellence
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting and mid-term planning cycles, ensuring transparency, discipline and fact-based decision making
  • Take full ownership of financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) in line with IFRS and local statutory requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing local finance team fostering accountability, collaboration and continuous development
  • Ensure a robust internal control environment, oversee internal and external audits, and actively manage financial and compliance risks
  • Drive cash flow, liquidity and working capital management, supporting a healthy financial foundation during the company’s growth phase
  • Actively promote the digitalization and optimization of finance processes, working with modern systems and data-driven tools to increase efficiency and decision speed
  • Serve as a key interface between local operations, regional finance and global headquarters, ensuring alignment within a global matrix organization
Your profile
  • Several years of experience in a senior finance leadership role (Senior Manager/ Head of Finance / Finance Director or similar), ideally within a technology-driven, industrial or consumer goods environment
  • Strong background in controlling, accounting and financial management, with hands-on experience steering business performance
  • Solid exposure to audit, compliance and internal controls, with a good understanding of risk management in an international context
  • Experience working in international or matrix organizations, ideally interacting with regional and global stakeholders
  • Proven people leadership skills, with experience managing, coaching and developing finance teams
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution, especially in a build-up or growth environment
  • Strong communication skills, able to clearly explain financial topics and influence decision-making at senior management level
  • Business fluent in Swedish and English

  • Actively promote the digitalization and optimization of finance processes, working with modern systems and data-driven tools to increase efficiency and decision speed
