- Support daily finance operations and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with invoice processing, verification, and documentation filing
- Maintain and organize financial records and internal documentation
- Support cost tracking and expense-related activities
- Help with data entry and reconciliation in finance systems and Excel
- Assist the team in preparing basic reports and summaries
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., R&D, purchasing, accounting) to collect relevant financial information
