- Conduct Product Testing: Support testing of air conditioning units and components during the development phase and prior to market release
- Support Test Setup & Execution: Assist in setting up test benches, sensors, and measurement systems (e.g., temperature, pressure, airflow)
- Data Recording & Analysis: Accurately record test data and assist in basic data analysis and result documentation using Excel or similar tools
- Maintain Laboratory Equipment: Support calibration, maintenance, and improvement of testing and measurement equipment
- Product Evaluation: Assist in performance and efficiency testing of prototypes and products (e.g., cooling capacity, energy efficiency)
- Collaboration: Work closely with R&D engineers and cross-functional teams to support ongoing development projects
- Documentation & Compliance: Support preparation of test reports and ensure tests are conducted according to internal standards and relevant regulationss.

Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in
- Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Refrigeration Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Strong interest in HVAC systems, thermodynamics, or laboratory testing
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and measurement techniques
- Hands-on mindset and willingness to work in a laboratory environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Structured, careful, and reliable way of working
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in English; German is a plusl skills
